This track welcomes submissions across a broad range of marketing management and marketing strategy topics. Specific topic includes: better understanding the customer-firm interface, assessing the impact of marketing activities on firm performance, and broader discussions of marketing resources and capabilities. Both conceptual and empirical works are welcome; we also welcome qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research approaches.
